Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CycleLife, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use CycleLife on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and encryption passphrase secure. We cannot recover your passphrase — if you lose it, your encrypted entries cannot be decrypted.

Acceptable Use

• Don't post unlawful, harassing, or harmful content in community spaces.
• Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Don't probe, scan, or stress-test the platform without permission.
• Don't use CycleLife to provide medical advice to others.

Medical Disclaimer

CycleLife is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Calculators, insights, and AI assistants are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

CycleLife, the CycleLife logo, and the connected hub names are trademarks of CycleLife Ecosystem. You retain all rights to the content you create and store; you grant us only the limited license needed to display, sync, and back it up at your direction.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CycleLife will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CycleLife is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
